Amy started dancing in September 2007 when she took a Belly Dance Basics class at the CSU rec center and joined Bohemian Caravan in May of 2008. With a background in writing and music rather than dance, she sees tribal belly dance as just one more way to express her inner artist. Amy is a history major with an anthropology minor at Colorado State University. She is now dancing with Bohemian Caravan’s sister troupe, Bohemian Daughters. |

Stacy is a full time vet student at CSU. When not at school, she works as a veterinary technician in the Fort Collins area. She’s married and lives with a small zoo :). Dancing in some form has been an important part of her life since she was 5 years old and she has been belly dancing for about a year. Stacy is completely in love with all things tribal and plans to continue dancing for the rest of her life! |

Diane first saw real belly dancing at a restaurant called Marrakech in Honolulu. She was fascinated by the grace and beauty of the dance and the strength and agility of the dancer. She started taking cabaret belly dance classes from Marjorie in Cheyenne about five years ago. After seeing Desert Rain perform at an event Diane knew that tribal was the style of dance she wanted to do. She started taking classes with Desert Rain in Fort Collins and was hooked on the dance and the connection between dancers that tribal style belly dance fosters. Diane is an honorary company member living in Fort Scott, Kansas. |

Suzie has been belly dancing since age 9. She was hooked from the beginning — dancing in demonstrations for Girl Scout groups and taking lessons. Eager to share the art form with her friends, Suzie took classes from her mother with groups of them before moving on to higher levels. Suzie also started a teen troupe, the Elements, which disbanded after a while. That didn’t discourage Suzie as she moved on in her dancing — taking classes, workshops and joining Bohemian Caravan. |
